ECC Live Store – Return & Refund Policy

1. Books & Donations

All books available through ECCLive.org are offered in exchange for a donation. Because these transactions are considered charitable contributions rather than retail sales, all book donations are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on books once they have been shipped.

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing mail@ecclive.org with your order number and photos of the damage.

2. Other Merchandise

For non-book merchandise (such as apparel, mugs, or other items purchased outright), returns and exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

3. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (eBooks, audio downloads, video content, etc.) are final and non-refundable.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by sending the correct or replacement item at no cost to you.
