Ephesians 5:1 (AMP) THEREFORE BE imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father].
A. God wants us to be like Christ
B. We should never be a cheap imitation of Christ
C. God gave us the Holy Spirit so we can have the tools to be the best imitation of Christ the world has ever seen
D. We should want to work miracles like Christ, show the love Christ showed, and be a blessing like Christ
1. Christ was a Healer, we should provide healing
2. Christ was a Comforter, we should be comfort to many
3. Christ was the Prince of Peace; people should notice our peace when they are around us
E. The world has the same needs it had when Christ was in the earth. We should be the same answer Christ was when He was in the earth
F. Cheap Imitations:
1. Break under pressure
2. Lower in Quality
3. Don’t work properly
