2 Corinthians 7:4–5 (NIV84) I have great confidence in you; I take great pride in you. I am greatly encouraged; in all our troubles my joy knows no bounds. 5 For when we came into Macedonia, this body of ours had no rest, but we were harassed at every turn—conflicts on the outside, fears within.

A. It is easier to yield your feelings to your problems than it is to resist letting those feelings show

B. It might seem hard, but you get to choose what emotions you want to experience

C. While your problems might be overwhelming, you are not required by life to display your negative feelings

D. One of your greatest acts of faith is in not allowing your troubles to get the best of you by triggering your negative emotions

E. During times of misfortune, you must find ways to enjoy the things that bring you joy

F. Negative feelings are a trap to keep you locked into your bad situations

G. Your feelings will never change your problems; but your faith will
