OVERCOMING MEMORY AND MIND CHALLENGES
Luke 8:35 (AMP) And [people] went out to see what had occurred, and they came to Jesus and found the man from whom the demons had gone out, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right (sound) mind; and they were seized with alarm and fear.
A. Don’t give up on those who have a dysfunctional mind – They can be delivered
B. A person with a dysfunctional mind is still valuable to Christ
C. Your faith might be the only hope a person battling memory loss might have for deliverance
D. The mind functions because of the Spirit of the Mind (Gen 2:7) (Eph 4:23)
E. Sometimes, mental chaos is a sign of spiritual activity fighting against the sanity of a person
F. Loss of memory, mental disorders, and a mind in chaos signify an intrusion by a spirit trying to replace the spirit of the mind.
G. The devil searches for vulnerabilities to attack people’s minds. Once inside, it takes control and disrupts normal mental functions.
H. To defeat any demonic activity of the mind, you must cast the spirit out
FAITH CONFESSION
Heavenly Father, I believe memory can be restored and healed. I look to you as the giver of life. You breathed the breath of life into the mind of man, and he became a living soul – a living mind. I have your breath of life in my mind and all the functions of my mind. Your Breath is the Spirit of My Mind. Your Breath is the only Spirit allowed in my mind and it gives life to my mind.
Mind, you are renewable and have a renewable system of breath and life. Mind, I command you to accept renewal and renovation from God. Spirit of my mind, I command you to accept renewal and renovation from God. I repent for anything I may have done to open the door to mental dysfunction. Mind, you have the potential of revitalization no matter how much you have been impacted.
Mental chaos, dysfunction, dementia, alzheimer and any other malfunction, I command you to stop in the name of Jesus. Every control center that satan has built or is trying to build in my mind, I cast you out, in the Name of Jesus. satan, leave my mind alone, in the Name of Jesus.
I am justified by Christ and My Memory is Blessed! I am valuable to Christ and I have a purpose in this life. Mind, I command you to be restored to right function just like Nebuchadnezzar’s mind was restored. Mind, be restored like the man of the man of the country of the Gadarenes. I am Aging into the Anointing, not into health challenges. The Spirit of my mind is eternal and does not age. I have the mind of Christ. I have a sound mind. I have a renewed mind.
