PRIDE FALL | Bryant Bell

1 Timothy 3:6 (KJV) Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.

A. There are different reasons a Believer can fall; but none of them are like a Pride Fall

1. Falling Into Temptation: You can fall into temptation, but you can also run from it
2. Falling into a Trial: You can fall into a trial, but you can take authority over it
3. The Fall of Personal Choices: You can fall because of bad decision, but you course correct and get back on your feet
4. The Pride Fall is the most dangerous fall a Believer can experience because you don’t have any control over it

B. When you fall because of Pride, you cannot control the fall; you cannot rebuke it, and you cannot avoid it

C. Pride raises you up for the sole purpose of knocking you down

D. Most people who experience a Pride Fall, don’t know why they are falling until they hit the bottom

E. It takes revelation for someone to realize they are in a Pride Fall

F. A Pride Fall only stops when a person learns the lessons of the dangers of Pride and humbles themselves
