THE BURDEN OF AN ENEMY | Luke 6:27
Luke 6:27 (KJV) But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you, 28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.

A. God requires us to overcome an enemy with love

B. Sometimes loving your enemy can change them, other times, it changes us

C. Love might not change our enemy, but it keeps us from becoming bitter

D. An enemy is sent and used by satan to get Believers distracted from the things that are important

E. God gave us the ability to love through the power of the Holy Spirit

F. We cannot judge our enemies only by their actions, we need to consider the spirit behind the person

G. An enemy is a greater burden than a friend
