Psalm 46:1–3 (NIV84) God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. 2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, 3 though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. Selah

A. The Holy Spirit is always present to help you

B. The Holy Spirit is everything you need, in every situation you can ever face

C. The Holy Spirit knows trouble before it comes your way, and He is prepared to help you navigate through it

D. When the Holy Spirit is present, He is there to ensure you have victory

E. The Holy Spirit does not do all the fighting for you; He instructs you on what to do to secure the win

F. In helping us, The Holy Spirit can be our leader and He can be our assistant

G. Believers must learn to rely on the aid of the Holy Spirit

H. Christians who are too independent usually miss-out on the powerful interaction available through the Holy Spirit

I. The world is working on creating dependencies so you never give place to the Holy Spirit to help you.
