GOD’S THOUGHTS ARE FOCUSED ON US
Psalm 40:5 (KJV) Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, And thy thoughts which are to us-ward: They cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: If I would declare and speak of them, They are more than can be numbered.
A. God has many thoughts that are focused on you
B. God’s thoughts about you are so many they cannot be numbered
C. God has no negative thoughts about you; they are all wonderful
D. Wonderful: Pala: To be marvelous, be extraordinary, be beyond one’s power to do, do wonderful acts. Expressing actions that are beyond the bounds of human powers or expectations
E. When you think about your problems, God is thinking about your solutions
F. If our thoughts transform us into what we are thinking, God’s thoughts will shape us into the image He perceives us to be.
G. It is not up to God to reveal His thoughts to us, it is up to us to receive them
H. When God reveals His thoughts towards us, it is the results of an Enlightened Experience
