JOSHUA PRINCIPLE #16
Joshua 1:8 (KJV) This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
A. The Joshua Principle #16 is Make Yourself Prosperous
B. PROSPEROUS
Transliteration: ṣālaḥ
Phonetic Pronunciation: tsaw-lakh’
To push forward, break out, go over, be profitable, prosper (-ity, -ous, -ously)
C. God told Joshua to use these principles to become prosperous
D. If God gave Joshua the principles to make himself prosperous, God endorses prosperity
E. Your level of prosperity is determined by you. You are responsible for your prosperity
F. God does not give us prosperity, He makes prosperity available for us to achieve
G. The Word of God is your permission to prosper; don’t allow anyone to talk you out of it
H. To believe in anything less than prosperity is a contradiction to God’s desires as expressed in His Word
I. It is important that Believers do the necessary things to make themselves prosperous
