E. When you set boundaries, you are making a choice to live a life that is in alignment with your values.
F. Boundaries are very important to your success because they help you optimize your endeavors
G. When a person doesn’t know his boundaries, he does not know when to stop
H. Boundaries come in many forms: the character of the person you date, the ethical standards upheld by your friends, the caliber of the food you consume, the affluence of the clients you serve, the ratings of the establishments where you shop, and the criteria for the jobs you choose to undertake.
