PREPARING FOR 2024: FORGIVE PEOPLE OF THE PAST | Bryant Bell

Mark 11:25–26 (KJV) And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. 26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

A. Wrongs happen to everyone and always cause the same pain

B. Don’t carry their wrongs into your new year

C. The answer to your prayers depend on your forgiveness

D. Bringing your past wrongs into your new year, gives your prayers “rollover delay”

E. Holding on to the pain of your past carries that pain into your future and binds your heart

F. Allowing your painful past to adopt a place in your future only contributes to your bitterness and resentment

G. The new year is a fresh start. A fresh start deserves a fresh heart
