PREPARING FOR 2024: REPENT AND RELEASE | Bryant Bell

1 John 1:9 (KJV) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

A. We all have something in our lives for which we need to repent

B. When we repent, we also release; we release ourselves from the bondage of our bad decisions, sins and acts pf disobedience

C. You do not have to be “sin conscious” to repent

D. Repentance is a sure way of ridding our lives of everything that is holding us back before it trickles into next year

E. Repentance eliminates the possibility of satan from hindering our future blessings

F. God is very merciful and will not allow our past to challenge our future when we repent

G. As a new year awaits, repentance sets us up for success by purging our conscience from our mistakes
