CHOSEN TO SERVE
Isaiah 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
A. When God stirs your heart to be a servant, He is calling you to a higher place of devotion
B. Servanthood at every level is an act of submission to God’s sovereignty
C. God stirs our heart to serve Him so we can get to know Him through our actions and commitment
D. As we start our journey of servanthood, our faith to serve begins to develop and grow
E. It is through serving that we begin to take on the nature of Christ in our actions
F. Through servanthood, we begin to understand why God does what He does
G. The calling to servanthood is the calling to know God’s sovereignty through experience
